So the last 2 days Pixie has been jumping up on couch and enjoying it!

I was wondering do any of you have cat towers for your bunnies to play on? Those fun looking things! I saw one the other day and thought I wonder if Pixie would like this…..

Definitely but you’d want to pick one that has a wide base on the platforms, nothing too high and narrow.

My Dutch pair love their kitty condo.  This is how they spend alot of time.  Peppermint on top and Peaches on the inside.

yes there was a great one I saw with very wide levels and they were not high so easy for jumping. It was awesome but $$ over $150. I want to find a small one first. I think she would love it

I have one similar to Sarita. Mine likes to perch on top of it and nap. Sometimes she goes inside and tears up the inside of it, which is cardboard.

My bunny has chewed up the carpeting on the condo, but she always spits it out. I lift the toy up after she is done, and I find a buncha carpet scraps lol.

Some bunnies know some stuff is not good to ingest, some don’t. If you decide to get one, monitor your bunny.

I saw one at the store today when I went for litter – funny enough, had a Ware brand tag on it, said Condo for bunnies! Just like Saritas pic, but with a round hole. I checked the inside, it was a very thick cardboard tube, with plywood roof. Covered in carpet on the outside and top. Only $25, not a bad deal!

Edit – just looked and petco also has same type of things for cats, for $16 on sale right now. So I’m thinking you could find a simple one like that cheap if you like the one stump design.

There are concerns with cat condos. Some rabbits will eat the carpeting. If they spit it out, there’s no harm, unless they decide the carpet chewing is such a great time, and then begin chewing carpeting in the house. I would also worry about inadequate construction, staples or something sticking out that become exposed when some of the carpeting is removed. You also have an issue with some rabbits using it as a litterbox, in which case it has to be thrown out, you can’t sufficiently clean it.

So for me, the cons far outweigh the pros… but I know some people use them and like them. I’ll stick to wood and cardboard.
