Ok so i got some x-rays of his mouth and have circled the parts that are the issue.  Basically you can see bulbs or sacks of areas these are the areas where the puss has filled up and he has multiple ones on each side.  You will also see that the teeth are not stright and if you look at the bottom of the jawline on both sides you can see the teeth roots all over the place and pushing through the jaw line.

 

 

I have two others but these are the clearer ones.  Wish I could track down some good rabbit mouths so you guys can compare the two.  I find it really intresting so hopefully some of you do as well.

Yikes!  Poor boy...  Will he have any removed or is the vet doing trims in hope they'll occlude better?

This video too shows fairly normal lateral skull at the beginning then one showing root elongation like Rufus has. The xrays are not that clear unfortunately.

 

we where thinking of removing but fear this will destroy the jaw all together and then we will have to put him down. Thanks for putting up the other pictures I have been looking for them but can't seem to find really clear ones.

Thanks for that.  Did a screen print and this is what I got you can see that the jaw line should be a clean line.  Also the top view you can see a clean line of teeth.

Oh right! Is that a feature regular MS Windows has? Or certain software does it? I've seen others have posted screen shots before but I don't know how to capture them. lol

WOW! That is something! So if removing isn't an option, what is your next step?

@ jerseygirl you should have a button on your keyboard that says Prt Scr or something like that. When you see an image that you want you push that button. Then open, word or powerpoint or anything like this and go file -> paste and they screen tool bars and all will be there. I then use the crop function cut out all the stuff I do not want and save as a .jpg file which makes it a picture (normally i use powerpoint to do this).

@Beka we are putting him on weekly injections in the hope that this will decrease the abcesses but there is no fix. If we start removing we may make things worse and as he is 5 years old already then the chances are that we just work on him being comfortable and not letting the issue get any worse that that is about all we can do. Other then that he is a really happy rabbit!
