I love the idea of making jewelry, I've bought lots of pendents and stuff at my local craft store. Whenever I see a piece I like I buy it, but I have yet to make anything despite a full shoe box of pieces. I have no ideas. I especially like anything with shells or flowers.

I'm so jealous of you guys that you can wear most jewelry. I am so terribly allergic to nickel that the only metals I can wear are titanium and platinum. Either that or I have to coat everything in clear nail polish several times a year.

Maybe I should take up cross stitch again. My grandma taught me when I was a little girl. I bet if I went up to my uncle's place I could find some unfinished projects of hers and mine. I remember helping her most with a bunny one. I don't remember if we ever finished it.

I have a friend who can only wear pure gold or silver. She gets green marks otherwise and it exacerbates her eczema. The only platinum I've ever had was my original wedding set. That stuff is crazy expensive!

Well. I should have gone to the post office today but I had a lazy day. I have 2 padded envelopes packed and now have address' from Mimz and Barbie so I guess they will go in one swoop to mail land! Sorry - hope you weren't checking your mailboxes daily yet lol.

The MRI is for my knee, from that computer room crash last year. Still trying to get it sorted out lol. I go to the doc today to get word on what is going on with it. Let's see if I can finally get some answers... and hopefully I can finally give insurance people info so I can get a decent settlement for it >.<

In the meantime... I don't need my knee to make jewelry Little Smudge has been causing me to have a lack of sleep though, what with spay today, which means I'll be snoozing by her all night tonite lol. So sleepy me may not get much work done, but you never know...
