Went to the beadstore today to finish making what I needed for you and Lesley...I got a little carried away >.> Lesley's are already packaged so she doesn't get to see what they are! Which ones do you like the most? I'm shipping them off tomorrow after you let me know your favs!

Would anybody else like earrings? Hehe! |

Thank you Someone had them for sale at the bead store for 20$ a pair...So I took a picture of them with my cellphone and gathered the beads, the ones they used had a crystal vase bottom and the store sells them 4$ per crystal so even with that I don't think the materials even add up to 12$ So I went a more efficient route and bought those green vase beads for 25cents each hehe. The sun hit those top left glass purple ones funny...they are really dark purple...not a weird brown/maroon color. |

Gosh Lin...those are gorgeous! (ogles the purple, orange and tiny white ones)...are the purple ones ending in fish shaped beads? Or I suppose those cold be tulips, yes? Where do you find this stuff? 0_o You're so talented! You do some lovely crafting! |

Lintini is one of the people that inspired me to start making jewelry.. so here are a few of my first works, dedicated to her

They are the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th rings I have ever made, in order. My first is nowhere near worthy enough to post lol. |

Monkey, that's a nice ring you made, the red one that has the copper casing. I marvel at the pictures here. |

Ooo you guys are so talented! MB, those rings look great, I'm sure your first one was just as pretty! I like the first and third ring that you posted. Monkey, what would it take for me to get you to make me a ring? Thanks Lintini! I like the pink pair on the top row, second from the right, next to the purple ones... I also like the purple ones - I like the shape of the beads on the top half, but i prefer the shape of the bottom green beads on the other earrings I'll PM you my address. |

Wouldn't take much.. I gotta practice anyway lol. And I can only wear so many rings! hehe I make them with some basic beading wire and beads, mocha. I use a ring mandrel to wrap the wire to size, then use a kind of pliers to make the twists in the wire. It's not too hard I'm not up to using the expensive 24k gold or sterling silver wire yet..need more practice before I can justify spending that much money on wire lol. And I'll be going to a Jewelers institute sometime in the near future for a 4 month course to get my certificate to get me going in the design and crafting industry. Making these simple wire rings will get me started in learning those techniques I will need Sooo... if anybunny wants one, let me know size, color of wire, color of beads... and if you prefer dainty little rings or larger ones I may be able to coordinate with Lintini's earrings too, color wise at least |

Thanks MB. Youre the best! I'll send you a PM w my preferences. I sent this to Lindsey in a PM but I'll say it again... I wish I was that crafty with jewlery and could make something to trade! However... I do knit and I found this adorable patter for a bunny plushie that I'm going to try this weekend. If it works out, I can make those for anyone that wants one!

Monkey!! I REALLY REALLY love the middle ring I was in Seattle for the day, and I saw this shop devoted to ALL FREAKIN BEADS!! It was called "World Beads." I thought of you and Lindsey while I went to browse around It makes me want to start making earrings o_O I could make so many without having to buy actual made ones from the store. XP Barbie, SQUEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!! PINK BUNNY!!!!! |

MB, I love that second ring with the clear crystal! We have some folks here in my town who silver wrap stuff for a living, they do some excellent work, very much like yours. Would be happy to send you a sample if you like. Jewelers' school, huh? Boy I envy you, I've always wanted to be a silversmith. *pokes middle ring*...Erm...I'm a size 6....lol ^_^ |
