I pull the cord but nothing happens…I change the bulb…still no. Maybe it isn’t plugged in?! I pull the couch out, unplug it to find Dexter’s handy work…

        Close up’s of the damage…

No wonder it wouldn’t turn on! He has gotten really obsessive about getting behind and under my desk. He gave up the fear of the hardwoood floor, he will even push books off a shelf to get under it! Rotten boy…

Yes he did! I almost forgot! He chewed through hubby’s laptop charger…and he almost got through my laptop charger but I caught him in time! Luckily electrical tape fixed that one but hubby’s wasn’t so lucky…

LOL, been there! Sooo many times. Now whenever something is not working, I assume it is due to bunny biting straight away. I don’t even think it might be the light bulb or something else. Nah, most likely the bunnies. I don’t understand why they are still alive. Only one time did Karl get hurt. He chewed the laptop cord, and I just saw lots of big sparks and a black bunny running off! He did not seem happy, but did he learn anything from it? Nope.

Oh, gotte update my thead on securing cables, as we finally found the right protector

Usually I would have assumed immediatly that it was bunny teefies, but it was this little tiny cubby hole behind my desk that they never showed any interest in before but now are obsessive about getting into it!

No they do not seem to learn nope.    It is amazing they live through all that.

When Cotton Boo McChew was young  (puppy stage I call it)    He was chewing a cord.  I only  noticed cuz he came flying out from that corner.  He had a black scorch mark on his little mouth hair.

Nope didn’t learn either.  He went back for more.  I thought that would teach him but ………..

I think every bunny should come with grids ~

Seriously, when you buy a puppy from a breeder, many times they offer you a crate to buy with the pup.

Good reminder!  I tend to get a bit complacent about the cords. Just because mine tend to leave them alone doesn’t mean they always will. I should do a routine check.  I do take measures (cord covers and turning things off at the wall) but I should check there is not secretive nibbling going on.
