Today I was giving binky a pet (he doenst normally like pets that much, he just prefers to sit on me and chew my hair)
anyhow, we were all cuddled up on the floor and next thing you know he was licking my face..!! so cute!!! I have never had a rabbit lick me like that....im going to pretend it was out of love, not that I tasted good 
Has anyone else had a licky rabbit, its so lovely! |

It was definitely out of love. He was kissing you, and grooming you. You were grooming him with pets, and he was returning the kindness.
(Except for being salty, you don't taste all that great to them. LOL Vegetarians you know.)
My bunny licks my feet, ankles, and arms. I am still waiting for the face kisses. She does let me kiss her when I say Gimme Kiss by putting her nose close to my lips so I can, however. |

Here is me and my licky bunny..
ChaCha LOVESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS to give kisses! She even kissed my friend that was holding her while I had to trim her nails.. lol.
Chacha is a loving doe.
I love rabbit kisses. Very different from other animal kisses, and not smelly at all!!  |

ohh yay so he does love me! Binky is a very elusive bunbun, my last bunny fu manchu, was possibly the cuddliest rabbit in the world! Its so nice that binky is finally starting to love and trust me (and not just want me for the delicious treats I give him!)

My baby Miles started kissing my fingers when I was on the floor with him today. I was going to post this question, but it was already answered for me! I'm glad its out of love  I'm glad their tongues aren't like cat's sandpaper tongues! |

It's the same here. Porky grooms my 5yo son, but not the adults. Of course then my 5yo asked why the bunny groomed him and I told him it was b/c Porky loves him. Now he licks the bunny back.
