  It’s now been a couple of weeks since Dallas had his left eye removed. He’s no longer in any pain, the hair’s growing in fast around the surgery site, he eats like a horse, he’s in his normal spunky/happy/content/loving mood, and has put on a sh*t ton of weight – lol! Woohoo! He’s made a complete recovery to being back to himself. He also celebrated his 2nd birthday at the beginning of this month.
  
  My mom wanted to cuddle him today, so I picked him up and after she’d held him for only maybe 2 minutes, she’d apparently whispered enough sweet nothings in his ears that he fell asleep in her arms. Just CRASHED. It was the most adorable thing I’ve ever seen, so of course I took a picture! He was asleep for a good 15 minutes.

  I’m so glad to hear he is doing so well!!! I’ve been thinking about the little fella.
  And that is just the sweetest picture ever, gotta love the snuggly buns.

  He just passed out in her arms? Mine never do that! I am envious… Dallas is a beautiful bun, I love the rich color of his coat in combination with his loppy ears. What is this color called anyways?
  What a resilient bunny Dallas is, to recover so nicely from everything. Is his ‘navigation’ working for having only the one eye now? How does he get on?

  I’m so envious right now! Mine never do something like that. You are so lucky to have such a cuddly bunny. How old is he?

  Petzy, Yep..he just fell asleep like a baby! It was really random. Aw thanks! His color is Agouti, I believe.
  Karla, he just turned 2 the beginning of this month
  
  His navigation is working fantastic!! He hasn’t run into anything in a long time, and is compensating really well with using his other eye.
  
  Thanks for all the nice compliments on him..I’ll let him know I’m not the only one who thinks he’s a handsome boy!!

  Glad to hear he’s doing so well! That is adorable, I wish Frankie would snuggle like that!
