  2. Rabbit Age: 6 yrs
  3. How long has your bunny been with you? 5 yrs
  4. Spayed/Neutered? unknown
  5. Rabbit Personality Traits (Calm, Diva, Naughty, Feisty, Sweet etc): Mostly sweet and calm, occassionally fiesty and naughty. She loves parsley, cilantro, spinach and kale.
  6. Include a photo of your bunny if you can. I have some on my profile album.
  We’d also love to know more about you, (but it’s okay if you’d rather just stick to info about your bunnies).
  1. Are you new to rabbits or have you been a bunny slave for a long while now? Still new. My husband had a rabbit as a child, I never did.
  2. What made you choose to have a rabbit companion in your life? Honestly, she was cute and I liked her soft brown eyes. We found her at Petsmart through the Humane Society. I had worked at that Petsmart for 6 years, so didn’t have to go through the “process”.
  3. Anything else that you’d like to share – hobbies, interests, talents. I am married with an almost 1 year old son. We live in 7 acres and in addition to Cocoa, we have 2 horses, 1 Rottweiler and a 55 gal fish tank. I am a stay-at-home mom and Tupperware consultant.

  Cocoa is beautiful! I looked through your photo album and I was wondering what kind of litter box that is that you use? It looks great!

  It’s a high backed cat littler box with litter catch tray thing I got it at Petsmart a few years ago. I use horse shaving pellets as litter. They are compressed pellets that fluff up when they get wet. I love them and she doesn’t eat them

  Yes, she is a standard.
  
  She is extremely soft. My vet (who is an avid rabbit person, used to breed for show, but is now retired) says they “are the original Velveteen rabbit”.

  She is beautiful. She is the splitting image of my Carrera.
  
  I noticed you don’t know if your bun has been fixed or not? Female rabbits have an 85% change of uterine cancer if they arent fixed and the longer you wait the more likely cancer will occur.
  
  I waited until my Carrera was 4yo and we almost lost her. I was fearful of her going under anesthesia so kept putting it off. Thankfully she made it but she has paid for me waiting. I feel horrible for putting her thru that. Not trying to scare you but cancer is happens SO often and most peole dont realize but if your vet has had rabbits he should know?
