Hi guys,
Last week I stopped receiving the email notifications from the forums. I hadn't changed anything, but I checked to make sure my subscription boxes were still checked. Unless I'm missing something, I'm subscribed to all of them (except this one).
I checked my hotmail filters and its not a blocked site or going to junk folders. I changed my email address just to see if it would send them to a different one. It didn't so I put it back to my old one.
If there's something else I can check, please let me know, I miss my messages popping up all day. (lol...I know when it's lunch or time to go home because a lot pop up at one time!

I've noticed I'm not receiving emails to notify of messages, yet the "Notify me via email" box is still checked in my Message Settings. It might be related to the forum subscription message glitch also. The last one I got was 29th March so it's only happened in last 2 weeks. |

Sorry everyone! It's in our To Fix list now. I need to be clear though now as I think we were looking in the wrong place.
SO are you saying your are not receiving email notifs when messages go into your Message Inbox or are you saying you are not receiving messages when someone posts to your forum thread? (the forum subscription) |

Well it's the former for me. I think Kralspace and the others are reporting the latter though. I don't use the subscription feature so don't have any input on that.

I am not receiving my forum subscriptions in my email nor do I receive my personal messages from the message center in my email. I don't receive either. |

Same here, and I realized that I'm not receiving personal emails either. I really miss them, it was my way of keeping up with everyone. |

UPDATE: We FINALLY discovered the problem and by TOMORROW NIGHT this should be fixed
For those of you that are not receiving message via the message center --- do you have your message alert system set to "email only" ? |

Looks like you have it set for both --- to have emails sent and to receive the message via the center as well. You're fully covered.
AND YES....WE FINALLY HAVE IT FIXED --- (knock on wood)
The only problem is we aren't sure if everyone is going to be getting ALL the emails for the last month -- so watch out for that as it could fill up your email box. BOOO! |

Hi Jennifer. I had RabbitPam sent me a message on the site as a test. It didn't come through. I just checked my settings and only the "Notify me by email" box. So there was no message at message centre nor a notif email. |

Another report: I got a msg and notif today from another member, so it seems it is working. The test msg from RabbitPam did not come through though. I will find out from her with method she used to send this msg i.e. via envelop under my avatar or through my profile.
Update 5/19/10: RP has sent me test msg via both ways and I received them plus notif emails. So everythings sweet with my setup, thanks! |

Some strange thing is going on again where we are not receiving emails -- We have notified our host provider and hope to have this solved in a couple of days. I apologize! |

I noticed mine were being sent to my SPAM folder... I have gmail, and I'm not sure what accounts everyone else has. But I even added info@binkybunny email address to my contacts but for some reason it's still being recognized as spam, so it doesn't go to the inbox.
Not sure if this helps at all... |
