We open up the xpen when we are home, and shut it when we are gone... It gives him a bit more space when we are not around. He's gotten so big that the cage we got him when we first brought him home is way too tiny for him to hang out in all day. The cubes were put up because he is a total jumper, and was also finding every single way possible to get under the bed. Oh, Lemony. We love you.   |

Oh wow - he's amazing! How long is his tail? I can see it curled back on itself. Plush lop is a newly developed breed isn't it.

I think he's a mix between a mini Rex and an English lop - not a "recognized breed", I don't think, but who cares. His tail is so long! Like, freakishly long, and colored with black stripes on brown, with white on the bottom. I'll try and get a good pic of it later today. |

Mrmac, I am not sure how much he weighs... it's been a month or two since his last vet visit. They said that he would probably get up to 8 ilbs... I think he is getting there. He eats SO MUCH. He is about four months old - we are going to get him neutered, but the vet says to wait until 5 or 6 months. Katiep, i sometimes think that he is wagging his tail, just a little bit. Thanks everyone for the lovely compliments. Lems is blushing. |

I have a (I was told) mini rex but he definitely isn't a 'mini'. I have been trying to figure out his breed mix, I am almost sure that he has some of the plush lop like Lemony after seeing his tail, ears, and his size. He really is a gorgeous bun! |

Awww, thanks Mrmac! I have the growing suspicion that Lemony will exceed the 8 lb mark...
Your buns are beautiful as well! I love the face on Davey - it is so expressive! And Dexter has an absolutely gorgeous coat. Delilah - total bunbabe. |
