I woke up this morning to chack on bailey and give her the medications the vet prescribed. I opened her cage to find out that she passed away.  I was crushed. I was even more upset about the fact that I had to work today and can't take care of her myself. My sister will bring her to the vet for me today. Which might even be a good thing so I don't have to see her again like I saw her this morning. I'm so sad and still have a hard time not to cry. I tried everything I could and woke up throughout the night to turn on the heating pat (it shuts off after two hours).
Pest in peace Bailey. I will miss you. |

I am so sorry to hear about your loss, it is always so hard to lose a pet- no matter how old, how young or how long you have had them it still hurts.

Laura, I am so so sorry to hear this. They are so very fragile when ill. Thank you for introducing her to us here - she was a beauty! Though you only had her a short time she showed you what a joy bunnies can be, how much you can love them. I am sorry. You did your best. You did real good for her. Are you going to keep her ashes? I am glad you will have good memories of her. They come into our lives and bring so much. It is hard when they go. |
