Hello everyone!

You may have noticed me lurking recently (MacDonalds have wireless ) and now I'm back on for a few weeks...then moving again!

My trip to Darwin was a little eventful, got stuck in flood water, there was torrential rain for 2 days of the 3 day trip and my bumper of my car is now masking taped to the car...but it was fun. The bunnies hated it and are still settling in to their temporary new home. They're eating fine but aren't displaying their usual aggressiveness so I think the move has really affected them.

So I'm here for a few weeks, and then moving back south to Melbourne

And so the bunnies and I are hopping back into the car in a few weeks to make yet another epic drive across Australia (this time with a camera!) so should be reseasonably interesting. I'm excited...the bunnies aren't!

YAY! you should do a detour through adelaide!!!!!
What weighs 35 tonnes, has four fuzzy ears and is 80 million years old? Two rabbits riding a brontosaurus.

Nice to hear you arrived safe and sound! Hope you get better weather for the next trip. Layla and Charlie are champs for handling it so well. Give them some nose rubs for me.

Thanks guys!
I had my prepack today and am really looking forward to the move. I'm looking at houses in Melb at the moment and have applied for a beautiful old victorian terrace house close to the centre of the city. The bunnies will love it cause it has a tiny yard for them to frolick in! They're not allowed outside in Darwin cause of the giant eagles that are around here. Apparently the eagles can fly off with lambs so I think my rabbits will be a light snack.
I'm going to be more prepared for the trip this time. It'll be a lot of fun I hope, and the monsoon season will be over so hopefully I wont be flooded in again!
