I was 1/2 sick and in a hurry when I ordered a 10 lb bag of pellets from Foster and Smith's website (I was ordering an x-pen from there too) and I accidently ordered Oxbow Bunny Basic 15/23 (alfalfa based).   Can I still use these if I mix them with the other pellets?  I'm going to have to order another bag of Basic T anyways but I was wondering if I could still use them.

I would be very careful when introducing them even as a mix of the two kinds. You can feed them but add the alfalfa ones very gradually to make a mix of the timothy kind and it. You also might want to feed less once they are eating the mix.

Hmm well I wouldn't want to upset their stomachs. I could always donate it to the shelter, I'm sure she'll be getting baby bunnies soon from Easter.

I would do that, the donating, if I were you. Lint got the sicky tummy one time when I switched pellets, even though I mixed.

I'd either donate them, or can you send them back? (Or would reverse shipping cost just as much?)

I'd be interested in buying the bag from you, but I am really far away. I think you would be better off in getting a refund or donating them to the local shelter - I would pay of course but if you at least send it back they can get you what you wanted! Let me know!

Oh I'm sorry Lintini I already messaged Jen about it   Thanks though!  Next time I order the wrong patch you'll get first dibs haha!  Jen was just going to order a bag too so I saved her some money and they got this beautiful 3-4 month girl that was dumped in a tuperware container in front of a local business.  Ugh the nerve of people.

you could carefully transfer that food or you could donate it to a shelter like save a bunny.
