I’m back after so long! After christmas it was all about studying for midterms, and I studied like a maniac. To tell you the truth, lately I have also been trying to limit my time on the internet , I can just go on for hours and not know what happened. Binky bunny is so addicting and I would type in ‘binky bunny’ when I was trying to procrastinate my homework, and I would hesitate clicking on the link and say to myself, “No I must not procrastinate!” Haha!

But I am finally back and just to let you know, I really enjoyed all my games for my PS3, and I am still enjoying them! I have played all three of them, Assasins Creed, Oblivion, and Little Big planet. I loved all three equally because I  just loved them in different ways! I am getting a headset for my PS3 so I can talk on Little Big Planet to my friends, who both have the game and headsets. LBP is so fun, I love playing online with my friends, but it was annoying that they kept talking to each other and all I could do was type a one word response, thats why I’m getting a headset!

I must say, the scaryest game is Oblivion, I am such a scardy cat when it comes to exploring creepy dark caves filled with zombies and other monsterous creatures! It’s kindof funny, when I venture down into a dungeon/cave my heart starts beating like I am running a race, so lately I have been avoiding the quests that require I go into a cave.

In Assasins Creed I love just climbing the buildings and stuff, I am not very far in it because I was too busy playing Oblivion and LBP during Christmas break to play it, (It’s not that I didn’t want to play it, its just that I wanted to play the other games, so I decided to save it for later so when I played it, it would feel like a new game) I only just started it recently!

Sooo, I actually did not come on here to tell you how much I loved about my video games but…. I kinda just got carried away!

SO anyway, the bunnies are also doing very good! I made a breakthrough with thistle on my part. I finally managed to accept that he is just a bunny who does not enjoy pats, so whenever I feel the urge to pet him, I just grab (not really grab) Fern and give her a bunny massage. The funny thing about thistle is that when I go into my room he runs to me happily, as if he wanted pets, but if I give him a pat he just runs into the condo . But thats ok, I have finally learnt that he does not actually want pats whe he runs up to me.

Fern on the other hand is very lazy and just looks at me lazily if I come in my room in the middle of the day, she might hop out and ask for pets but, thats only if she’s feeling up to it! Now if I try to give thistle a pat then she comes running (jelous bunny). She does not object to me giving her a pat in the cage though, so she just sits in the cage and waits for me to come to her. Then she contentely grinds her teeth as I pet her in the cage, lazy bun!

But I love them both in differnt ways, I like seeing the differences in them, how thistle is more active and curious but is not a cuddle bug, while Fern is lazy and laid back and loves getting a cuddle (I think Fern is happy that thistle does not like to be petted, it means more pats for her!).

I changed the arrangement in my room so that the litterbox and hay rack are in the cage. I am very happy with this setup because hardly any hay escapes from the cage to spread throughout the room. The only time it does is when thistle dicides to push the litter box away from the hay rack and eat the hay without being in the litterbox! I really need to drill a hole in the box or something so that I can tye it to the side of the cage.

The bunnies are/were still very interested in the maze haven. The reason I say were is because I took it away for a while so I could give it to them again later and it would be a novel Item (also I was never seeing them when I walked past the room, they were always sleeping in the maze haven. They managed to chew extra doors and windows (more like gaping holes) in the maze haven, so I feel that when their birthdays come (their birthdays are close together) a new maze haven may arrive in the mail. Also I have been trying to ration my willow balls but they have run out too.

So overall, we are doing good over here! I really missed Binky bunny, and latley I guess I was feeling deprived of looking at and answering bunny questions so I started answering bunny questions on Yahoo… Then I realized I was just trying to overcome my withdrawal from binky bunny, so I was like ‘what the heck’ and I came on here despite the hours I waiste browsing this site…..

Going on yahoo was not nearly as good as binky bunny, therefore I spent less time on it, so I guess thats why I started going on there, lol. But Yahoo just frustrates me to see how many bad bunny owners there are out there. I try to set the ones with good intentions on the right track, but some are clueless and not willing to learn so… that just makes me sad. Hopefully I have enlightened some people on bunnies, and improved the care of some bunnies, its the little things that make the difference.

SO I am back, and I am happy to be back!

yay your back!! i was thinking about u the other day and wondering if you were ever coming back lol. those video games can really suck u into them!! sounds like u have had a lot of fun on your break. my bunny jack sounds like your thistle. he will run up to me and i think right away he wants me to pet him and then he just takes off before i can even touch him lol. sometimes he likes to be pet but not like charlie who wants to be pet all day long and would prob sit for hours. i cant figure out which one pushes the litter box away from the hay rack, but mine do that too. i was thinking of attaching it somehow also. seems like i’ve had to move it back in it’s place a lot more lately. between this site and facebook i have barely gotten any homework done lol. but i have learned a ton about bunnies! i’m glad u decided to come back and post on here.

Welcome back! I was wondering why you went. I always think of you whenever we talk about hubby’s hometown – he grew up in Pittsford and his mom still lives there. Which high school are you at? He went to Mendon (I’m wearing his Mendon Track sweatshirt that I stole from him right now 😉 )

I liked your video game descriptions 😉 Haha. I have total Little Big Planet jealousy because we don’t have a PS3 and it’s really the only game I want that I can’t just get for the Xbox. Blah. It looks like so much fun! And I’m not generally into shooter type games (mostly because I’m so bad at them I get frustrated), so I think LBP would be right up my alley.

And I hear you on scary games. Hubby was playing Bioshock last year and it was really creepy! The first week he played, I had to be present. When I went on a trip for work, he called and said he tried to play, but got scared without me there and had to turn it off. Lol. He got less scared over time, but everytime I would watch him play I’d be really creeped out.

Glad Fern and Thistle are doing well. My bun also adores his maze haven and never leaves it – it’s just too darn fun for them I guess. My bun also does the thing where he runs up to see me, but then runs away as soon as I try to pet him. He’s gotten better over time and will let me pet him at certain times of the day or if he’s in his maze haven (like Fern) but often he just wants to come and see me without being touched.

Haha yea that’s the same with me, but I am getting better at them because one of my friends likes to invite people over and we play either rock band or some shooting game. In Oblivion and Assassins creed I am happy because no shooting skills are required, and I prefer swords to guns.

Yea I go to Mendon High, I’ve lived here all my life

Haha yea with the scary games I always want my mom to come and sit with me even if she just reads a book on the couch! Bioshock is scary! I tried playing the demo of it but it was way to scary! I didn’t get far at all, I ended up just turning it off.

I love Pittsford! It’s such a cute town. I love that there are random fields and farms mixed in with the housing plans. My mother-in-law lives about a half mile from Mendon High, though she’s currently trying to sell her house and move into a condo now that the kids are gone. And hubby’s dad was the head of the Pittsford parks department when he was alive. You’re lucky you get to live there! I hope we end up settling down somewhere similar.

New Bioshock comes out next week! Though I’ve heard the ambience isn’t nearly as good (ie scary) as the original. I’m waiting for the new Mario Galaxy and Zelda games – those are some of my favorites (and I feel bad for the Wii because we never use it). The only shooter I like is the Halo series – though it would take me forever to get through on my own. I need someone with better skills to back me up. Haha
