Has anyone here “bunny-fied” (that is, changing the lyrics to be bunny-related) any song lyrics? Post them here. Here’s one I just made up – Xmas themed –

On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me, a bunny eating a tree. On the second day of Christmas, my true love gave to me, two little ears and a bunny eating a tree. On the third day of Christmas, my true love gave to me, three willow balls, two little ears, and a bunny eating a tree.

On the fourth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me, four little paws, three willow balls, two little ears, and a bunny eating a tree. On the fifth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me, FIVE SLICES OF FRUIT, four little paws, three willow balls, two little ears, and a bunny eating a tree.

On the sixth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me, six tasty cecals, FIVE SLICES OF FRUIT, four little paws, three willow balls, two little ears, and a bunny eating a tree. On the seventh day of Christmas, my true love gave to me, seven bales of hay, six tasty cecals, FIVE SLICES OF FRUIT, four little paws, three willow balls, two little ears, and a bunny eating a tree.

On the eighth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me, eight binkyin’ bunnies, seven bales of hay, six tasty cecals, FIVE SLICES OF FRUIT, four little paws, three willow balls, two little ears, and a bunny eating a tree. On the ninth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me, nine loppin’ laggies (lagomorphs), eight binkyin’ bunnies, seven bales of hay, six tasty cecals, FIVE SLICES OF FRUIT, four little paws, three willow balls, two little ears, and a bunny eating a tree.

On the tenth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me, ten apple sticks, nine loppin’ laggies (lagomorphs), eight binkyin’ bunnies, seven bales of hay, six tasty cecals, FIVE SLICES OF FRUIT, four little paws, three willow balls, two little ears, and a bunny eating a tree.

On the eleventh day of Christmas, my true love gave to me, eleven water bowls, ten apple sticks, nine loppin’ laggies (lagomorphs), eight binkyin’ bunnies, seven bales of hay, six tasty cecals, FIVE SLICES OF FRUIT, four little paws, three willow balls, two little ears, and a bunny eating a tree.

 

On the twelveth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me, twelve “little presents”, eleven water bowls, ten apple sticks, nine loppin’ laggies (lagomorphs), eight binkyin’ bunnies, seven bales of hay, six tasty cecals, FIVE SLICES OF FRUIT, four little paws, three willow balls, two little ears, and a bunny eating a tree.

LOL! Fluffy bunny your version has officially replaced the traditional one.

Mine don’t have Christmas songs but I have adapted the Eric clapton ‘Layla’ for my Layla and ‘Can’t take my eyes off of you’ for her as well. Charlie doesn’t have a song cause he’s not evil enough. There’s an old link somewhere to another thread like this, I’ll chase it down.

Yesterday I came up with this  I came home and forget what it was.  I go to lunch today and I remembered.  I took paper and pen to write it down for when I remembered it again.

This is to the tune of Santa Claus is Coming to Town

ok Here goes

BunnyMum is making us treats.

Mum knows when we do bunny flops            Not to poke my side to see if we are alive

Oh you better not thump you better not grunt you better not box mum I’m tellin you why    Bunny Mum is making us treats 

She knows our favorite fruit     She knows that we love oats      Mum mixes these things with pellets           And sticks them in the oven.

There goes the ping on the toaster oven      Mum runs over to check    She sees that they are done   So she takes them out to cool

She takes our treats out of the oven      She lets them cool off           So we won’t burn our  tongues       So   we are patient while they cool

OH they all have cooled off now       Mum puts them in a bowl     Then she  looks at our cute faces   and lets us have a taste
