and i have NO idea why!?!?!  seriously wierd.  something is going on in the bun room that is cause for a good thump every few minutes or so for the last couple of hours.  and every time i check it out pinky looks upset / fearful / ticked off-ish.  shes not racing around frantic thankgoodness.  but sheesh… what’s up?  boy do i ever wish i could speak fluent rabbit.  if anyone there can translate… please… have at it.  i’d reeeaaallly love to know.

Maybe try taking her with you to whatever room you’re in. If she still seems upset, it rules out the other buns and stuff in that room. If you can’t see what’s bothering her, maybe she smells something. Or it could be something totally random. I know my bun loathes my roommate for no apparent reason.

Probably Pinky is over it by now but I wonder if lying on the floor in there you can get an idea of what’s going on. You may be able to see or feel something being down at that level.

lol jers… thats exactly what i did! i laid on the floor in her room for about 30 mins and tryed to coax her out from under the dresser with raisins. no go. she’d eat a raisin if i left it on the floor under the dresser but wouldn’t come out for one.

after 30 mins in decided to chase her out so i could examine her and sheesh she really did not want to come out. usually a nudge with the broom gets her to hussle out but i had to sweep her out with muscle! i picked her up and i think her tummy was a tad bloated so i held her for a while against my chest / tummy and massaged her. i finally felt a gurgle or two.

she was as excited as usual for her nightly greens and then this morning – tho binky free – she was not thumping and was as demanding as usual for her pellets. hopefully when i get home form work she will be fully back to binky-normal!

That sounds like Mimzy. When he gets tummy troubles (it doesn’t happen often, thank God) he thumps until he gets a shot of simethicone. And he hides under his sleeping shelf during his discomfort. It’s hard to get him out to give him meds.
Hope Pinky is feeling better! (((((((((vibes)))))))))))))
