On Tuesday I went to my colleges’ health clinic and talked with a counselor about my grief with my Grandmas recent passing. I’ve finally got to express my feelings that have been bundled up since we had no funeral for her and no one has spoken about it at all. I cried myself into exhaustion but I feel…better. We’re going to have weekly meetings on how to manage this all better, and to get me back on a healthy sleeping and eating scheduale. I am so glad I have Bun to come home to and to see how happy she is to greet me for some dried crasins! Hopefully within the next few months I can become myself again. *big sigh*

Hugs and vibes to you. You took a big step by seeing a counselor.

Awww, I’m sorry you’re going through this, but I’m glad you’re feeling better! I read your other posts too, it’s good that you’re talking so someone. It helps. And having a sweet little bunny to come home to always makes the day brighter! Just today I was having a fit the terrible customer service from the store that I recently bought a living room set from, but then I went and found Leroy and was all better! =)

Good luck! What you’re going through is not easy and I’m so proud of you for having the strength to talk to someone about it. I think taking the first step is the hardest and I hope you have a lot of success with turning things around!

Really great to hear you went thru with appointment and have be able to unload some stuff. Not good to be “carrying” it around by yourself. It may be cliche but when you let something go it allow room for new things to come in…(i may or may not be talking about a new little furry thing…) Well I’d already said it in your other thread but I just think this is so great for you! Good on you for taking the step!

That’s not easy but I’m glad to hear you’ve got better. Bun, good girl! She did her job to comfort you.
