Sorry, the title is a little misleading.  No, there isn’t a rabbit here in my cube.

However, I have thus far received 4 emails/calls directing my attention to our companies’ “Flea Market” site where people sell and give away things that they no longer want.  And, on there, is a CUTE lil bunny:

His name is Bubba and he is a 2 year old mini-rex.  I SO would want to take him home to meet Maryann but not while Dono’s there.  I can barely keep the 2 buns at home now, let alone three.  I BELIEVE that the person actually belongs to the House Rabbit Society but sent her a message letting her know if no one picks up the bun, to let me know.

lol… yeah i don’t think a third bunny would be a good idea for you.

Maryann would have smoke coming out of her ears.

he is a sweet bunny tho.  i hope he gets a good home.  why is he being “gotten rid of”?

I believe she is moving and the apartment manager is very strict about the no-pet rule.

lol so far we have three bunnies under a no-pet rule!!

what happened was this, we were looking at apartments and my boyfriend did not want to mention that we had a rabbit (one at that time) so as not to narrow our choices. Good if they took em and oh well if they don’t we won’t tell them…So the apartment we chose told us they took birds rabbits and cats with a 200 dollar non refundable pet deposit. We move in they tell us they don’t and never did take rabbits or birds…So i am freaked out, and I contacted a government employee with landlord tenant and a lawyer with the university. Basically we are in a position to sue the landlord company as this is what they told us when we paid the damage deposit so it is legally binding. Not wanting to go through the rigamoral of that, we were advised to hide the bunny and ‘too bad they don’t want your two hundred dollars’….If they find out about the bunnies then go to court…It stinks sneaking in pet food etc. but that’s the position I’m in…It’s not too bad I guess, and next time I will get it in writing that my bunnies are allowed to live there too!!!

I know, it is the same for me. Although they now want me to get rid of my buns because of the mess Dono made while he was adjusting to his new home (just hay and poops everywhere in his X-pen but they just saw a mess). Other tenants have pets though so I think an additional $$$ for a deposit will work out with them.
