She instantly found a spot in my heart and I love her beyond description. Her name is Chrysanthe and she’s gone from foster to foster to foster because no one will adopt her. I’d love to adopt her but I’m not sure if they’d transport a bun from CA to Illinois.

I hope someone here who lives by the saveabunny area I believe in Mill Valley, CA could maybe fully adopt her and give her the stable ongoing love she desperately needs. Just read the description about her. If no ones hearts melt all over, I’d be shocked.

If someone here does get to fully adopt her, please please let me know and send pics. I’m actually going to send some money in to sponsor her, she means that much to me. I’ve looked on other adopt a bun sites and no one has really touched my heart like Chrysanthe has. I know my own dear bun passed just a few days ago and I dont know if it’s too soon to be perusing the adopt a bun sites, but this baby just touched my heart so so deeply and I’m determined to find her a loving forever home.

Hey, guys, I want to bring this post up to the top in case any of our Save A Bunny folks are in contact with a train transportation of this bunny to Illinois. Anyone out west making a trip to the midwest soon? Which organization had the caravans that would connect across country, or was that for the large rescues going to shelters? Anyway, if you can help, check this out.

Oh my god. This just brought tears to my eyes <3 Even the people at Save A Bunny wrote and said they knew I'd have the perfect home for Chrysanthe but they couldn't send her out this way.

Just the thought that you put this out as a possibility just warmed my soul in so many ways. <3

The Bunderground Railroad is used to help transport rabbits in dire situations.
