OMG!!!!! As many of you know I had a mouse I was trying to catch and Blue has been chasing. well we were sitting here last night just before bed and blue when into bunny 500 mode (or so we thought). He got over by the front door ans was thumping, and binking high into the air ( nothing uncommon so far). he ran up to me and sat by my foot at the recliner, so I thought he was saying he wanted to have the recliner (cause he is getting to big for us to share now) and I told him no I was sitting there. well he started thumping. I finally said what and I stood up to let him up. Well instead of him jumping up into the recliner like normal, he ran to the corner and did 3 or 4o binkies strait into the air, ran back to me and repeated the process. Now I understand humans are not as smart as rabbits so it took me a min for me to realized he wanted me to go over there. I walked over to see him binking over the dead mouse!!! he  had thumped it and binkied on it to death!!! As soon as I got over there he rant o my recliner hopped up and flopped in it like normal, as to say my work is done, if ya got to do something so it yourself! anyone else have any weird kind of experience like this?? Blue keeps surprising me everyday with something new.

Oh my gosh! That is crazy! I have never heard of a bun doing something like that before. Buns sure do know how to surprise you. I'm honestly surprised by the animosity that Blue had for the mouse. Do mice and rabbits not get along?

I am laughing so hard right now!! I wish Bud would do that since our kitten seems pretty useless in that department!

LOL after we figured out what he was doing, Tina and I were rolling laughing!!!!!!! I had NEVER heard of a rabbit doing anything like this, but he is kind of territorial, maybe that is why, and he was proud of it.
