So, I go on holiday tomorrow and have just taken the buns to my friends house, they were soo good in the car, they were in the same carrier for the 40 minute journey, and they behaved perfectly! I think I sounded like a mad woman explaining everything to my friend she just kind of stood and stared at me while I reeled off their usual routine, we don’t go away till the morning, and the house feels sooo empty without them, it’s really wired! Anyone else ever been like that? I’m sure they will be ok, but I can’t help but worry!

I get nervous when ever I leave my bunnies! I am sure they will be fine at your friends house! It helps to call or txt to see how they are doing, it helps calm your nerves so you can enjoy your vacation!

Its hard… I have gotten a little more used to not worrying all the time because I was gone a lot this summer, but I remember being extremely scared leaving them after having a horrible pet sitter once.

When I go away, which isn’t very often, I can’t help it and I call the bunnysitter every day, whether it’s my husband or a friend. I always bring pics of them too and put them in my hotel room. It’s hard leaving such cuteness, I agree!

I have such a hard time leaving Skipper. My bf’s mom watches her when I have to go away. I call her throughout the day begging for pictures and constantly asking if Skipper’s pooing and eating. I pet your buns will be fine with your friend. =] Have a great vacation!
