That may be your browser as some browsers will keep you logged in. (I use Chrome and it does that often). It will also do that if you have two windows of BB open.

If closing the window completely and opening it up again doesn't solve the problem, then you have to clear your cache.

How you do that in Chrome is-----

- Click on the wrench (normally on the right side of your google toolbar)
- Then click on TOOLS
- Choose CLEAR BROWSING DATA
- Choose EMPTY THE CACHE
- Then click on CLEAR BROWSING DATA

i use ie and im having the same problem....ugh
