So with my previous bales of bunny blend hay I would cut them open and give the buns a sprinkle at a time to eat with their normal hay, however, the lady that runs the rabbit rescue I work with had a new idea for her bale 
She's got an adorable cute little lop bun who's "area" is under one of her coffee tables against a wall, and she gave him the whole baled bale of hay! Without cutting the strings or anything, and you should have seen how proud this little bun was of his new petite bale of hay. It was so cute, he laid down right next to it with his nose in the air showing it off. I don't know if he ended up eating it all (I'll check next time I go) but he was spending a lot of time relocating it to various positions under the coffee table. It was so cute to see a little bun next to his own personal bale of hay that I thought I'd share. If anything, it creates a good photo op.!
