Does anyone elses wabbit pee on the couch and bed after you’ve had guests round?

Teddy does this often (extremely frustrating when a duvet is not easy to wash!)

I left him over the weekend as i had to go to a wedding so he was left for 2 days but my mum came in to feed him etc. then when i got home he was fine but the next morning he spent all morning trying to pee on the couch of which i managed to stop him but eventually he managed to pee on the bed before i could push him off. Now then… he knows where his toilet box is and uses it all the time so i dont understand why he does this… and how come its my bed and my couch that he does this on and not the floor? Ive tried to stop him getting on the couch and bed but im convinced he now think its a game to be chased off.

I think he hates me lol! except when he’s getting a cheek rub or getting raisins (of which he’l sit on my lap for now).

my guess: he was angry with you and making sure you knew it! how dare you leave him home when you’re out having fun!
If it’s when you’re home and guests come over he likely is just remarking his territory since those other people smell weird to him.

He’s always had hay in his litter box.. ive only ever used that as his litter. I think it probably is the territory thing although he’s naughty and poo’s in the lounge when he gets chance to so i always have to nudge him away from the area he likes to do it.. think il have to keep him out the lounge for a couple of days see what he’s like.

is he neutered? he may be marking. neutering reduces his hormones and his need to be territorial and mark EVERYTHING. =)
