Faith is our 14 week old holland lop, she's the first bunny my stepsister(kiley) and I have ever owned.  We got her when she was 7 weeks old from a breeder who has pedigreed showing bunnies, and we are planning on showing her, so..  Hello!

Welcome to BB! We'd love to see pics.
A few words about showing: it can be super stressful for bunnies, all the sounds and smells and people staring at them. Bunnies get scared very easily and when they get stressed out they can get sick. So I'd think a very long time about showing your bunny.

I, also, thought showing bunnies sounded like fun when I first got my babies. Since the breeder I got them from did it also... but it turned out showing is mostly only for breeding purposes. It's not like other animals shows where it's a fun time with bonding with your animal. Also, at rabbit shows your bunny comes into contact with a ton of other rabbits. Sometimes, the rabbits are forced to be kept together before the show and this could be potentially dangerous (fighting or disease) to your bun so I also would re-think about showing your little baby! If you'd like to do some bonding and training with your bunny -- I would suggest clicker training which is what I have turned too. You can teach your bun how to do all sorts of tricks in a healthy, home atomsphere that isn't stressful for your bun!!

I would love to see pics as well -- and welcome to BB!!!
