I adopted a new Zealand/Holland lop mix back in June, just recently ive noticed he has been making some quiet wheezing or almost whistling sounds. He has always been a pretty laid back rabbit, so I haven't really noticed any changes in his activity, if anything it seems like he's gotten more lovey. Hes eating habbits are the same but the noises just make me a little nervous, any advice?

It could be snoring. i have a little bun that snores. ive been meaning to film it.

What age is he? It could be the little noises they make due to hormones.

My first thought was the same as jerseygirl's - that he is snoring or making sounds in his sleep as some bunnies do. If he is awake when he is making these sounds, then it probably would be a good idea to have him checked out - to make sure his lungs and nasal passages are clear.

IF the noises are all the time (i.e. every breath) I'd get thee to a vet as soon as possible. If it's intermittent (like when resting, so may be a snore) this could just be you getting to know your bunny and noticing things like snoring. Really depends on when you hear the noise and if it's definitely new or just something your noticing. Any chance you can post a video?
